Written Exam Announcement for the 2025 Exam

For the past several years, the Written Exam for the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS) was administered in August. To best accommodate the timing of the new Oral Exam, the 2025 Written Exam administration will change to July. The date of this Exam will be July 10, 2025.

This change will not affect the date of the 2024 Written Exam, which is already scheduled for August 5.

ABOHNS expects to know the date for the 2026 Written Exam in late Fall of 2024.
